Ursuline College is committed to building a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive workplace. Our success depends on the efforts of a diverse community of individuals committed to working together in our tradition of excellence and service.
Our mission in the Human 资源 Office at Ursuline College is to treat each colleague and visitor as a valued member of the college community by providing consistent and quality service, while supporting the initiatives of the College. We are responsible for recruiting, 员工福利, compensation and performance management, 员工关系, and recognition programs.
The Human 资源 Office partners with other areas of the College to seek outstanding and diverse faculty and staff who value the College’s mission. Ursuline College is an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and seeking applications from underrepresented groups. Nearly one third of the students at Ursuline (including 28% of the graduate student population) are members of historically underrepresented minorities, and we seek to have diversity among our faculty and staff as well.
Together, our employees promote and live out the 任务 of Ursuline College.
